Hampton Court House Wedding Showcase

Last week Hampton Court House had their annual, wedding showcase and I was lucky enough to provide the flowers and meet some lovely couples. It’s such a great space and I always love doing the flowers here, there’s so much scope for fun florals.

For this event, I designed a riverside walk aesthetic, reflecting the surrounding area and utilising all the beautiful local flowers and foliage. I wanted it to feel as though the foliage had just naturally grown up the side of the arch, using things like grasses and cow parsley at the bottom, as you would see walking along the riverside.

The arch I made was foam free and I will pop up a post about how I did it when I get a chance soon! Foam isn’t biodegradable so it’s always a good idea to check with your florist about their efforts to be environmentally conscious.
